There are two lists of books on this page. The top list (“Book Group Books“) notes the books that the group read and discussed through the summer of 2014, with the most recent at the top.

The bottom list (“A few personal and professional favorites“) is a compilation of books I have simply read and enjoyed, along with books that I have taught to students and a few that were taught to me.

Finally, there are some links to articles and websites at the bottom of the page that relate to literary awards and other related topics of interest to book nerds like myself….
